Elegancia Landscape is seeking a highly experienced Estimation & Tendering Manager to lead the full tendering lifecycle for large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects across Qatar and the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value project awards and possess deep expertise in cost estimation, commercial strategy, and competitive bidding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process from prequalification to final submission.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale landscape, irrigation, and infrastructure projects.
- Analyze tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive and compliant submissions.
- Review and validate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Utilize Candy CCS (Construction Computer Software) for detailed estimating, cost planning, and reporting.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements.
- Participate in post-tender negotiations and client meetings.
- Maintain a database of historical costs, benchmarks, and tender outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments within the GCC.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation and tendering within construction/landscape sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully winning large-scale projects in the GCC.
- Strong expertise in landscape works, irrigation systems, and infrastructure projects.
- Mandatory proficiency in Candy CCS software.
- Deep understanding of GCC market dynamics, pricing structures, and procurement practices.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently based in Qatar (highly preferred).
- Experience working with tier-1 contractors or leading landscape companies in the GCC.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Familiarity with local authorities and tendering procedures in Qatar.
