Estimation Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed project cost estimates, conducting thorough project research, and analyzing project requirements. The role will also involve evaluating technical and commercial aspects, engaging in negotiations, and providing accurate estimations to facilitate project success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure precision and adherence to project specifications is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with preparing BOQs and project estimation processes
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and their application in project design and execution
• Proficiency in research and analytical skills for accurate project assessment
• Strong negotiation skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
