Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Estimator for a swimming pool company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and preparation of quotations for swimming pool projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for swimming pool projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
- Analyze project costs and ensure competitive pricing.
- Support the sales and project teams during bidding and execution stages.
- Maintain estimation records and pricing databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator preferably in the swimming pool industry.
- Good understanding of swimming pool construction materials, systems, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related documentation.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an additional advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in the UAE market preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
