Estimation Manager – MEP | Dubai
Talent Tide is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager – MEP on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing.
- Prepare BOQs, cost analyses, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- Ensure all estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in MEP estimation, including experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-offs, costing, and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
