Estimation Managers/Directors for EPC Civil/Infrastructure in UAE

PROCER recruits, on behalf of its Client, Major EPC in Civil infrastructure projects in Middle East, Estimation Managers and Directors s for its HQ in Abu Dhabi.

Role Definition : Leadership of project estimation, Pre-contract commercial management tendering for large-scale building and infrastructure projects with values exceeding 1 mld; and average 500 MIL AED

Department: Tendering/ Commercial

Type of Projects: Rail, Infrastructure, Bridges, Tunnelling, Stadiums/venues, High-rise buildings, Villas, Industrial projects

Reporting to : Tendering/Commercial Manager/Director / Project Managers

Main Duties:

Leadership of multi-disciplinary estimation teams for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Pre-contract commercial management and tender strategy.

Expert knowledge of UAE, GCC construction market, procurement methods, subcontractor pricing, supplier networks.

Develop cost plans, bid strategies, proposals, risk assessments.

Experience with contract forms (FIDIC and UAE contracts).

Financial analysis, project feasibility, cash flow, risk management.

Scope: Rail, infrastructure, bridge, tunnelling or civil construction, infrastructure, high rise industrial projects

What we request

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

1. 18–20 years of construction experience civil infrastructure projects in Cost Estimation, Tendering, Commercial
2. 8 years in senior estimating leadership position for EPC civil infrastructure projects
3. Relevant experience in UAE and GCC countries
