Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 12–20 years of proven experience in LV Switchgear estimation and costing.
- Strong background in preparing technical and commercial offers for tenders.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, market pricing, and project requirements.
- Prior experience with leading competitors in the same industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimation and tendering process for LV Switchgear projects.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimation, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to ensure competitive bids.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality tender documents.
- Support management in strategic bidding decisions.
