We Are Hiring: Senior Estimator – Road Marking

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong expertise in road marking projects to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and developing competitive commercial proposals for road marking and infrastructure projects.

Candidates must have relevant road marking experience in the UAE and must currently be available in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and contractual requirements.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for road marking materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and related project requirements.

• Develop competitive pricing, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify project scope and measurement requirements.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Identify commercial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value-engineering options.

• Coordinate with project, procurement, operations, and commercial teams during the tendering process.

• Maintain updated pricing databases and historical project cost records.

• Support tender clarifications, negotiations, and post-tender commercial discussions.

Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in estimation, tendering, and pricing for road marking and infrastructure projects.

• Proven road marking project experience in the UAE is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE road marking materials, application methods, productivity rates, equipment, and project requirements.

• Strong experience in tender preparation, cost estimation, pricing analysis, and BOQ review.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.

• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimation software.

• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
