Job Description:
Position: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit Out)
Experience: Minimum 4 years as an Estimator in the Dubai
Job Description:
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Quantify materials, equipment, and labor requirements for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing sheets for tenders and quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Analyze project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving options.
- Support the tendering team with clarifications, technical queries, and submission documents.
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist the project team with cost monitoring, variations, and updates when required.
