Job Description
As an Estimator at Plumsheep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production, subcontractors and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders within specified deadlines.
- Monitor and report on project costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or concerns related to cost estimates and project budgets.
- Ensure all estimates and bids are accurate, thorough, and delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Estimator in UAE within the furniture manufaturing or fit out industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
