Estimator (Interior Fit Out & Joinery)

We are looking for a skilled Estimator with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, BOQs, and tender coordination for high-quality fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for joinery and fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Prepare tender submissions and project cost reports
• Monitor project costs, variations, and approvals
• Requirements:

• 3-5 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery production
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
