The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimation as well as post-contract management for civil, interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Only candidates with minimum 5 years prior Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Experience in UAE should apply.
Responsibilities
- Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of work
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior-Fit Out, Civil & Joinery Projects
- Taking-off quantities from CAD drawings
- Cost estimation for Civil, Joinery and other Fit Out related works including preparation of detailed cost build-ups
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
- Post contract cost and contract management
- Project Coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Civil Engineering Diploma
- Good AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills
- Minimum 5 years UAE and joinery estimation experience is mandatory
