Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Estimator at Orro Interior Design LLC, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for a variety of interior design and fit-out projects. Your daily tasks will include analyzing project requirements, reviewing drawings, sourcing materials, obtaining vendor quotes, and preparing detailed cost breakdowns. Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers, you will ensure the financial accuracy and feasibility of projects, while adhering to timelines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
• Experience in sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors
• Knowledge of project management processes, schedules, and quality assurance standards
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including estimation tools and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a results-driven approach to ensure cost accuracy and project success
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Previous experience in interior fit-out and construction estimation is preferred
