We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with a strong background in high-end interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project risks, analyzing tender documents, and supporting the commercial team in delivering competitively priced and technically sound proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in estimation for high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery, and premium materials.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, Buildsoft) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors in the fit-out industry.
- Experience with hotel, luxury retail, or premium office interior projects.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and contract documentation (FIDIC, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
