Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator (Interior Fitout Industry), located in Dubai. The Estimator will assess project requirements, prepare cost estimates, analyze data for labor and materials, and collaborate with project teams to calculate project budgets. The role involves preparing detailed proposals, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring accuracy in all cost projections. The Estimator will ensure effective communication with suppliers and clients to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation and project evaluation techniques, with a strong focus on accuracy in calculations.
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as cost management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and procurement methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an Estimator role or a similar position is advantageous.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and meet project deadlines.
