Job Description & Summary
Join us for our Agile Delivery Internship Program at PwC ETIC! This opportunity is designed for senior undergraduate students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

As an intern in the Agile Delivery Team, you will be immersed in real Agile practices and frameworks that drive high-impact projects across PwC ETIC. You will work closely with Agile Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, continuously improve delivery processes, and contribute to meaningful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


Project & Delivery Support: Support Agile delivery teams on real transformation projects using Scrum/Kanban and continuous improvement practices.

Agile Team Engagement: Assist in Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and Agile workflow improvements using key delivery metrics.

Tools & Delivery Operations: Manage Agile artifacts and delivery tasks using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and collaboration tools to enable smooth execution.

Qualifications

Education: Senior undergraduate student (graduating in 2026) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics.

Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English, German (Deutsch) is a plus
  
• Strong analytical thinking and creativity in solving complex delivery challenges.
  
• Passion for technology, IT tools, and modern product development environments.
  
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning and contributing.
  
• Excellent team collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Motivation to work in dynamic, challenging consulting and delivery environments
  
• Preferred / Bonus Skills
  
• Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro/Mural, Confluence, or SharePoint.
  
• Interest in delivery excellence, workflow optimization, and Agile coaching fundamentals.
  
  

• Work alongside real product teams applying Agile delivery practices from day one.
  
• Learn Scrum Mastery and Kanban flow directly from experienced Agile practitioners.
  
• Contribute your ideas and innovative thinking to impactful transformation projects.
  
• Gain exposure to a global knowledge network of experts, tools, and delivery capabilities.
  
• Develop core skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and evidence-based improvement.
