We're looking for talented German-speaking Business Analysts and Consultants at Associate level to join our Product Management & Business Analysis practice. WhatYou'llDo
As part of our team, you will:
- Support clients and project teams in understanding business challenges andidentifyingopportunities for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Assistin preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, user journeys, and business documentation.
- Participate in workshops and meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement, requirement traceability, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, status updates, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Build your consulting, business analysis, agile delivery, and Financial Services knowledge through hands-on project work.

Required Qualifications
- Up to 4years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Analyst, or in a similar client-facing or delivery role.
- Professionalproficiencyin German and strong English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communicationskills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Exposure to Financial Services, including banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, leasing, or automotive finance.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation and process mapping tools.
- Understanding ofuser stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, APIs, or system integrations.
- Interestin digital transformation, process improvement, and business change initiatives.

Do I needpreviousconsulting experience
Consulting experience is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with strong Business Analysis experience and a passion for solving business challenges.
What kindofworkwill Ibe involved in
You'll supportrequirements gathering, documentation, workshops, process mapping, user stories, presentations, and delivery activities across client projects.
Will I work directly with clients
Depending on the project,you mayparticipateinclient meetings, supportworkshops, gatherinputs, and helpdocument business needs under the guidance of more senior team members.
