Job Description & Summary
As a Full Stack Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of developers in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js. You will be responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design decisions for full-stack applications.
  

• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and growth.
  

• Oversee the development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices.
  

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders.
  

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.
  

• Manage timelines, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  

• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
  

• Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams.
  

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
  

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
