Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP MM Senior Associate to join our SAP practice. This role is ideal for professionals with 2.5 to 6 years of experience in SAP Materials Management who are ready to take ownership of procurement and inventory processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact solutions across global SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP MM modules including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end SAP MM solutions
- Manage master data (material master, vendor master, purchasing info records)
- Support integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM, PP)
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT
- Resolve incidents and provide ongoing support for SAP MM processes
- Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects
- Document configurations, processes, and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM module
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (P2P), inventory management, and logistics execution
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout
- Familiarity with integration points between MM and other SAP modules
- Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers
- Proficient in SAP configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
