As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of developers in building and delivering robust web applications using .NET and Angular/React. You will be responsible for technical leadership, project planning, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities: 

• - Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET and Angular/React. 
  

• - Manage and mentor a team of software engineers. 
  

• - Define and enforce coding standards and best practices. 
  

• - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. 
  

• - Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. 
  

• - Conduct performance reviews and support career development of team members. 
  
  

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 
  

• - 7+ years of experience in .NET and Angular/React development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
  

• - Strong experience with system architecture, API design, and database optimization. 
  

• - Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). 
  

• - Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. 
  

• - Excellent command of English – must be able to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. 
  
  

• - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. 
  

• - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. 
  

• - Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
