Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Excellence Senior Associate to support the EMEA Alliance Driver in managing day-to-day alliance operations and executing selected strategic initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective communication, pipeline management, and coordination across the EMEA alliance teams-strengthening PwC's collaborative efforts with Alliance and driving mutual business growth.

The role integrates strategic planning, operational enablement, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate go-to-market alignment, improve alliance execution, and deliver business growth.
You will act as an embedded operations partner to the Alliance Driver, combining data-driven insights, operational rigor, and strategic intent with execution to ensure PwC's alliance leaders have the tools, intelligence, and support needed to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the alliance driver and team meeting coordination, project tracking, and governance support (incl., contracts, contacts, rhythm of business).
  • Develop and maintain high-quality stakeholder deliverables (presentations, reports, newsletters, standardized templates).
  • Support alliance drivers in preparing and driving joint initiatives and leadership meetings; with alliance territory drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external reporting related to alliance activities (e.g., funding, certifications, financials etc) 
  • Analyze internal performance data and conduct research to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Take ownership of pipeline management and hygiene for opportunities within both PwC and alliance partner systems at the EMEA level providing support to local territories.
  • Support centralized content management by curating, maintaining, and standardizing assets (e.g. case studies, client references, and win stories), templates and comms channels.
  • Assist in planning and execution of events aligned to Alliance Drivers priorities, ensuring smooth delivery and timely reporting of engagement data.
  • Ensure process compliance, record-keeping, and alignment with PwC standards.

Skills & Qualifications 
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, stakeholder management, or program coordination, ideally in a professional services or technology alliance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Teams and Outlook).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a matrix environment, confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments, contributes to shared goals, and builds strong working relationships across functions and levels.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience creating executive-ready materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience in Alliance ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, Google, Microsoft).
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge (ideally but can be trained)
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and operational process improvement
  • Exposure to consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong problem-solving ability with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
