Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP-PP Senior Manager to lead and optimize our production planning processes through SAP. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP-PP, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-PP implementation, upgrades, and support across global manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, APO) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
• Oversee change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP-PP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proven track record of leading SAP-PP projects in large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
