Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a motivated SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and optimize transportation solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP TM modules (planning, execution, freight settlement, and analytics).
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
  
• Support integration with SAP ERP, EWM, and third-party logistics systems.
  
• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
  
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP TM processes.
  
• Participate in project planning, solution design, and deployment activities.
  
• Stay updated on SAP TM innovations and recommend improvements.
  

• Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM (implementation or support).
  
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, carrier selection, freight order management, and settlement.
  
• Experience with SAP ERP integration (MM, SD, LE, or EWM).
  
• Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
  
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective SAP TM solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
