Role Summary:

Lead the design and implementation of ETL/data pipelines to collect invoice data from multiple source systems, transform and prepare it for e-Invoicing, and load it into the central e-Invoicing data store. The role also supports data validation, error handling, reconciliation, and status tracking, with the ability to identify and enable correction of source-data issues.

Skills and Experience:

Must Have :

• Design, develop, and manage cloud data warehouse solutions using Snowflake
• Lead the design and implementation of ETL/data pipelines to collect invoice data from multiple source systems
• Transform and prepare invoice data for e-Invoicing and load it into the central e-Invoicing data store
• Strong hands-on ETL development experience across ingestion, transformation, and load layers
• Advanced SQL for complex data transformation, querying, and performance tuning
• Data integration across multiple heterogeneous source systems (RDBMS, APIs, flat files)
• Implement data validation, error handling, and exception management
• Build reconciliation logic to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoice data
• Support status tracking of records through the e-Invoicing lifecycle
• Identify source-data quality issues and enable their correction at source
• Implement data modelling techniques (Star/Snowflake schemas)
• Optimize Snowflake performance using:
• Virtual Warehouses
• Micro-partitioning
• Clustering
• Result and Warehouse caching
• Handle incremental loads, CDC, and error handling for large-volume data

Good To Have:

• e-Invoicing / tax data experience
• ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for invoice and master data
• Working with REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange
• Event-driven / status processing of transactional records
• UAE VAT domain knowledge
• Certification in Snowflake
