+7 years of experience of pastry / bakery profession
Ambitious, energetic and self-motivated chef able to manage end to end operations and able to lead a team.
High level of integrity, hygiene and have full ownership of menu development and innovation.
Able to develop and create a complete set of policies and procedures of hygiene, preparation, baking and serving a consistent high-quality product.
Inventory management and re-order level.
