Event Director - Exhibitions

We are looking for a high-impact, commercially astute Event Director to take full leadership of one of our client's B2B exhibitions. This pivotal role will require complete accountability for the event's performance — from strategic planning and budget ownership to high-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.

The ideal candidate is an experienced exhibition professional with a demonstrated ability to lead new launches and growing it. Lead small to large-scale events, drive revenue growth, introduce structure, and cultivate a performance-driven culture.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in exhibitions and B2B event management.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering on full P&L, budget planning, and commercial delivery.
• Strong exposure to government or C-suite stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience in transforming event performance through data, innovation, and structured process implementation.
