Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Management Intern, located in the United Arab Emirates. The intern will assist with planning, organizing, and managing events, as well as coordinating logistics and post-event evaluations. Responsibilities also include supporting marketing efforts, managing communications with clients and vendors, and coordinating training sessions. This role offers hands-on experience in executing impactful events that support business goals and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Strong Communication skills for client and vendor interactions, as well as team collaboration
• Familiarity with organizing Training sessions and workshops
• Basic knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies, especially within the events space
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program)
• Previous experience in event management or a related field is an advantage, though not required
