Job Summary:

Bring our ice cream brand to life through unforgettable activations and events! This role is all about creating experiences that delight consumers and strengthen brand love. From planning and budgeting to coordinating logistics and vendors, you'll ensure every detail is perfect. You'll design immersive moments that drive product trials, boost visibility, and make our brand the star of the showwhether through in-store promotions, eye-catching visual merchandising, or creative experiential marketing. After the fun, you'll dive into reporting and analysis to measure success and keep improving. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver activations that are as smooth and satisfying as our ice cream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Plan and oversee all aspects of event and activation production, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Logistics and Operations:
  • Coordinate venue selection, setup, transportation, equipment, and vendor relationships to guarantee smooth operations.
  • On-site Execution:
  • Supervise events during execution, ensuring flawless operations and exceptional consumer experience.
  • Brand and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to boost brand visibility, drive product trials, and connect with target audiences through immersive experiences, including in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Collect event data, prepare post-event reports, and track expenses to evaluate performance and ROI.
  • Client and Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and long-term success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or marketing within FMCG or a similar industry. Experience in food or ice cream category is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
