Event Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Event & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing a year-round calendar of premium events while developing strategic partnerships with banks, multinational corporations, embassies, luxury brands, and business organisations.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, growing corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships and brand activations, and strengthening the 33Club brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual calendar of signature business, investment, networking, lifestyle, and private member events.
• Build strategic relationships with banks, multinational corporations, embassies, government agencies, chambers of commerce, and business organisations.
• Secure corporate events and private functions to be hosted at 33Club.
• Identify and onboard premium lifestyle, luxury, and corporate brands for sponsorships and VIP room activations.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote club events, partnerships, and membership initiatives.
• Support corporate membership acquisition through strategic partnerships and business development.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, and execution to ensure exceptional delivery.
• Achieve monthly KPIs relating to event bookings, sponsorship revenue, partnership growth, and corporate memberships.
• Represent 33Club as a premier business and lifestyle platform through all external engagements.
• Manage Social media, digital marketing

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in event management, marketing, business development, partnership management, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong network within banks, multinational corporations, government agencies, chambers of commerce, or luxury brands.
• Experience securing sponsorships and corporate partnerships.
• Understanding of digital marketing, website management, and SEO principles.
• Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong results-oriented approach.
