Contract Duration: 1 year(Subject to extension)
Salary: AED 3500/-
- Review and process contractor and vehicle access pass applications through the Contractor+ portal.
- Verify submitted documents and approve, reject, or request additional information as required.
- Monitor incoming applications and emails related to access requests and respond to contractor queries in a timely manner.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on contractor access, vehicle entries, PPE sales, and revenue.
- Conduct random inspections of passes within the venue to ensure compliance and address misuse if identified.
- Provide Contractor+ system training to exhibitors, contractors, and internal departments when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, exhibitors, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth venue access and operations.
- Support customer service and operational coordination by handling calls and email queries related to access and accreditation.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with venue policies, and smooth event operations through effective administrative support.
