Event Project Manager

Role:

• Manage premium offline events: Gala dinners / Media conferences / Trade seminars / Food festivals / Private dinners / Wine tasting events / Gastronomy experience, wine, hotel
• Manage premium online events: Webinars / Masterclasses / Live shows
• Support Accounts Management
• Report directly to Key Account Manager stationed in Middle East, and functionally to Events Director stationed in Thailand
• Support event organization in Middle East

Tasks:

• Planning, organizing, and executing all genre of events/project previously mentioned
• Focus on event planning & execution and controlling costs & budget
• Prioritize among multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Create creative proposals which also achieve clients/partners objectives

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, Business Development or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in events management
• Competent in MS Office Suite software
• Bilingual in English & Arabic to liaise with Arabic speaking partners is a plus. (Not mandatory)
