Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize revenue.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Follow up on open inquiries and quotations to ensure conversion into sales.
- Process confirmed orders and coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Represent the company professionally during face-to-face client interactions and meetings.
- Handle VIP client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with operations and other departments for confirmed events and last-minute requirements.
- Assist in resolving post-sale issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and uphold the companys brand standards internally and externally.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members when required.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (inbound/reactive sales experience preferred).
- Willingness to visit client sites when required by the business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the Opera system and basic sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge or experience in high-end events catering is an advantage.
- Energetic, proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to upsell and consistently achieve individual and group sales targets.
- Professional appearance and attitude suitable for client-facing roles.
