Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Sales Coordinator based in Riyadh, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Event Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and coordinating events, driving sales growth, and ensuring successful event execution. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, negotiating contracts, managing event logistics, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver excellent events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong background in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Sales experience with a proven ability to achieve targets at least 4 years
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or event management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry will be advantageous in saudi arabia
