Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Event Sales Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth across corporate, social, and large-scale events. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of event production services and excels in consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within corporate, hospitality, and event markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and agencies
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored event production solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
  • Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event sales, AV sales, or related industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset and customer-first approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Valid driving license preferred
