Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Specialist located in Jeddah. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with teams to plan and execute events, and ensuring smooth event delivery. The specialist will also handle customer service inquiries, actively contribute to event planning and sales strategies, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Proven experience in Event Management and Event Planning
• Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets effectively
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• An enthusiastic and proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving
• Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for event management is advantageous
