Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in New Cairo with some flexibility for remote work, involves driving event sales and building relationships with clients. The Event Sales Specialist will identify potential customers, market NDTX exhibition and conference events, and develop tailored solutions for client needs. The role includes managing client accounts, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, supporting event planning, and achieving sales targets through strategic campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Event Management and Event Planning, including coordination and execution of business events
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proactive mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the NDT, inspection, or industrial sectors is highly valued
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing work from the office in New Cairo and remote tasks
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
