Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Trainingis looking for a detailoriented and technically skilled
Events Analyst (Aquatics) to support the accurate and efficient delivery of swimming competitions. In this role, you will manage all technical and data components of events, including full operation of the HyTek timing system, live event management, troubleshooting, and validation of race results. Working alongside officials, technical teams, and venue staff, you will ensure data integrity, precise timing, and seamless event execution under timesensitive conditions.
Key Objectives
- Deal with all enquiries and communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend all events and competitions organised by Hamilton Aquatics.
- Professionally represent Hamilton Aquatics by company policies and procedures at all times and promote Hamilton Aquatics effectively.
- Assist with planning and delivery of Hamilton Aquatics events at the discretion of the Events Manager.
- Ensure the correct setup, operation and setdown for the Meet Management software for every competition.
- Ensure the correct setup, operation and setdown for the AOE system for every competition.
- Assist the Health & Safety Manager with administrative duties.
- Complete any duty deemed necessary by Senior Management to ensure the smooth running of Hamilton Aquatics.
Desired Qualifications
Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- Degree in Sports Science, or related field to the post is an advantage
Desired Experience
- 12 years in aquatics/swimming events
- Wellknowledged in HyTek software, Meet Mobile, AOE system and Excel
