Events, Brand & Experiences Partnerships Executive

TWIGS Flower House is looking for a confident, people-focused professional to represent our brand and build meaningful partnerships with corporates, lifestyle brands, venues, and communities across the UAE. This role involves meeting potential clients, opening conversations around floral installations, activations, and workshops, and driving opportunities through to proposal, agreement, and deal closure in collaboration with our internal team. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in events, hospitality, partnerships, or a client-facing role, with prior UAE experience required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine interest in creative, design-led experiences are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively visit and engage with potential partners including:

-Corporate Private Businesses and Government Offices

-Brands and lifestyle companies

-Hotels, restaurants, cafes, and concept venues

-Schools, universities, and community spaces

-Wellness studios and creative hubs

• Introduce TWIGS services such as:

-Floral installations (lobbies, receptions, pop-ups)

-Brand activations and seasonal setups

-Corporate floral workshops and experiences

-Ongoing floral partnerships and contracts

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers

• Identify upcoming activations, campaigns, and events requiring floral support

• Coordinate introductions and leads with the TWIGS creative and operations teams

• Assist with initial discussions, briefs, and follow-ups

• Attend networking events and industry gatherings when relevant

• Represent TWIGS in a polished, warm, and professional manner at all times

• Background in events, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or partnerships is a must

• Familiar with Dubai's corporate, lifestyle, or hospitality landscape
