The RoleWe are hiring an Event Executive to execute and elevate Changer Club's global event portfolio.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role reporting to the Director of Events & Sponsoring.
You are not assisting. You are responsible for precision execution in environments where expectations are high and mistakes are visible.
What You Will Be Responsible ForEvent Execution (End-to-End)- Deliver 18+ annual high class multi days events in Dubai, Monaco and London
- Own timelines, suppliers, logistics, and on-site execution
- Ensure every detail aligns with Changer's brand and UHNW standards
Stakeholder Coordination- Work directly with:
- High-profile speakers
- Luxury venues and hospitality partners
- Premium service providers and sponsors
- Communicate with clarity, authority, and discretion
Budget & Operational Control- Execute events within approved budgets premium without waste
- Manage contracts, suppliers, and operational risk
- Anticipate issues before they arise
Cross-Team Collaboration- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and leadership
- Ensure promotion, guest management, and logistics operate as one system
- Maintain discipline, structure, and calm execution
Post-Event Optimization- Collect feedback from members and internal teams - we use NPS for measuring
- Translate insights into measurable improvements
- Raise the execution standard with every event
Who This Role Is ForYou are an experienced event professional with executive maturity, comfortable operating around wealth, influence, and high expectations.
You Have:- Proven experience delivering high-end, complex events
- Exposure to UHNW clients, luxury brands, private clubs, or finance
- Experience across Europe and/or the Middle East
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
You Are:- Calm under pressure
- Highly organized and reliable
- Commercially aware
- Comfortable taking ownership within a clear hierarchy
- Discreet, precise, and professional
You Are Not:- A junior coordinator
- Someone who needs constant supervision
- Someone who improvises instead of planning
- Someone impressed by titles rather than responsibility
Language:- Fluent English required
- Arabic, French, or German is a strong advantage
