Compensation:

AED 22,000 fixed base and up to 30,000 with performance bonus

Changer Club is a private, invitation-only members network for post-exit founders, ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs, and family principals. We unite 230+ members from 19 countries, representing over $25B in deployable capital. The club focuses on post-exit transformation, intelligent capital deployment, and long-term family legacy. Changer is not a networking club. Events are the core product and the primary driver of member trust, retention, and growth.

We are hiring an Event Executive to deliver and continuously improve Changer Club's international event portfolio. This is a hands-on execution role with full ownership of complex, high-stakes events. The position reports to the Director of Events & Sponsoring and requires a high level of operational discipline, discretion, and accountability.

Event Execution

• Deliver 18+ high-end, multi-day events annually in Dubai, Monaco, and London
• Own end-to-end execution: timelines, suppliers, logistics, and on-site delivery
• Ensure all events meet UHNW service and brand standards

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate directly with speakers, members, venues, sponsors, and service providers
• Manage relationships with clarity, authority, and discretion

Budget & Operations

• Execute events within approved budgets
• Manage contracts, suppliers, and operational risk
• Anticipate and resolve issues before they affect guest experience

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership
• Ensure guest communication, logistics, and promotion are aligned

Post-Event Improvement

• Collect structured feedback (NPS-based)
• Implement measurable improvements across future events

• 5+ years delivering high-end, complex events
• Direct experience with UHNW clients, private members clubs, luxury hospitality, or finance
• Proven event execution experience in Europe (UK, Monaco, Switzerland, France, or DACH)
• Experience operating in high-pressure environments
• Savvy with all modern digital tools, including AI and basic graphical programs

• Strong execution mindset; hands-on operator
• Calm under pressure and highly organized
• Commercially disciplined and budget-aware
• Comfortable taking ownership within a clear reporting structure
• Discreet, professional, and detail-oriented
• Loves and Excels in event space

• Fluent English required
