We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Events Intern to support our
Events Team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Events Team in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events
- Support the team during site inspections, client meetings, and event days
- Help prepare event proposals, contracts, and function sheets
- Coordinate with internal departments such as F&B, Banquets, AV, Housekeeping, and Sales
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Maintain event files, schedules, and guest lists
- Ensure events are delivered in line with 5-star service standards
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
