Our client is an agency with over a decade of experience delivering world-class brand events, runway shows, product launches and immersive experiences for the world's most prestigious fashion, beauty and lifestyle houses across the Middle East and beyond.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Events / Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-profile productions — someone who brings both creative sensibility and operational precision, and who understands what it means to work at the luxury standard.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous projects — from brief and concept through to flawless on-site execution. You will be the central point of contact for clients, creative partners and suppliers, and the person ultimately accountable for delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead the production of luxury events including runway shows, brand activations, VIP experiences, product launches, store openings and private client events across the UAE and regionally
- Manage client relationships at a senior level, acting as the primary day-to-day contact from brief to debrief
- Build, lead and motivate project teams — internal staff, freelancers and specialist suppliers — across creative, technical, logistics and on-site functions
- Own project budgets from AED hundreds of thousands to multi-million dirham productions, ensuring financial rigour without compromising on quality
- Drive timelines, critical paths and risk management across concurrent projects
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and designers to ensure production brings the vision to life with precision
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring relationships that serve both quality and commercial outcomes
- Travel regionally as required for site visits, recces and event delivery
- Mentor and develop junior producers and coordinators within the team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury event production, with a strong portfolio spanning fashion, beauty, jewellery, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of directing large-scale, complex productions end-to-end in a fast-paced agency environment
- Deep understanding of what luxury means in execution — the details, the pace, the client expectations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and managing significant budgets
- Excellent relationship management skills — calm, confident and authoritative with senior clients
- Experience working within the Middle East market; UAE experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to work non-standard hours around event schedules
