Position: Events & Retail Leasing Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

Role Purpose:

The Events & Retail Leasing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale events, exhibitions, and mall activations while driving commercial leasing opportunities across pop-ups, booths, kiosks, and short-term retail spaces. This role ensures exceptional visitor experience, maximizes brand visibility, and supports revenue growth through strategic event marketing, effective tenant mix, and strong stakeholder management.

About the Role:

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual store marketing calendars, covering events, festivals, and exhibitions.
  • Lead planning and execution of mega events, shopping festivals, conferences, and specialty exhibitions.
  • Manage expo operations, ensuring smooth visitor flow and high engagement levels.

Event Execution & Operations

  • Coordinate with event suppliers, contractors, and agencies for logistics, fabrication, production, and on-ground setup.
  • Oversee booth designs, setups, and dismantling, including pop-up stores, exhibition stands, and branded activations.
  • Ensure all events meet safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Leasing & Commercial Management

  • Develop and manage short-term leasing strategies for kiosks, pop-ups, booths, and event-related spaces.
  • Identify and onboard tenants for pop-up stores, seasonal markets, trade exhibitions, and specialty leasing zones.
  • Negotiate leasing terms, contracts, and commercial agreements with exhibitors and event organizers.
  • Track revenue performance, occupancy rates, and leasing opportunities within events and mall spaces.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with government entities, municipalities, and regulatory authorities for event permits and approvals.

Visitor Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Enhance visitor experience across events, exhibitions, and activations through curated customer journeys and engagement touchpoints.
  • Oversee crowd control, signage, navigation, and information desks during events.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 Years of Proven experience in leasing or retail management, preferably in a retail or commercial real estate environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenants and leasing projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting.
