Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and elegant Events Sales Executive to lead our Wedding and Celebration sales segment. This role is ideal for someone who loves private events, weddings, premium experiences, customer interaction, and turning ideas into unforgettable events.

You will help private customers, brides, families, and event planners create stunning Chocolate Table Experiences, gifting setups, engagement celebrations, wedding favors, and memorable luxury moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and advise customers on chocolate table concepts, event and wedding solutions.
  • Present House of Cocoa premium offerings for private events, weddings, engagements, henna nights, and celebrations.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate tastings and showroom meetings when needed.
  • Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, decorators, and event organizers.
  • Create leads and follow up leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
  • Prepare quotations and customized packages.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations team after booking confirmation.
  • Achieve monthly booking targets.
  • Grow House of Cocoa presence in the wedding market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in events sales, wedding planning, hospitality sales, luxury retail, or customer-facing premium sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong personal style and professional appearance.
  • High energy and ability to close deals.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and social media for client communication.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for celebrations and customer happiness.
