Job Description

Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and delivery of programmes and events through effective process management and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering distinctive experiences. Oversee the development of programme and event content in line with established calendars, timelines, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery

  • Deliver high-impact, best-in-class thematic campaigns with maximum reach and relevance to target audiences and participating assets.
  • Oversee creativity and content to ensure engaging and high-quality experiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional working groups, including Marketing & Communications, Promotions, Culture teams, asset owners, external agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery and activation outcomes.
  • Define performance metrics and success criteria to measure impact and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Ensure all campaign materials and collateral align with campaign objectives and tone of voice.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all campaigns, communication materials, and channels.

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Establish and strengthen networks with government entities, private sector stakeholders, and the wider community.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and monitor visitor experiences, feedback, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address feedback and implement improvements.
  • Maintain databases of stakeholder interactions, feedback, and responses for reporting and analysis.
  • Track visitor metrics and recommend initiatives to enhance engagement and overall experience.

Shared Activities

Strategic Contribution

  • Support the cascading of functional strategies into section business plans to ensure alignment across functions.

People Management

  • Lead the achievement of section objectives by setting individual goals, managing performance, and developing team capabilities.
  • Support talent development initiatives to ensure availability of skilled resources.
  • Promote organizational values and ethics to foster a high-performance culture.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Prepare and manage the section budget, ensuring alignment with approved guidelines.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective delivery of activities.

Policies, Systems & Procedures

  • Ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls across all activities.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant procedural and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports in line with organizational requirements and quality standards.

Communication & Business Relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Master's preferred) in Culture, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in programmes and events management or a similar role

Skills

  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Arabic is desirable but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of rebate schemes and familiarity with UAE best practices is preferred
  • Experience in business planning
  • Strong experience in program management, including financial and policy-related aspects
