Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow up on the requirements of excellence programs and institutional awards, including the preparation of supporting evidence and documentation in accordance with approved criteria.
  • Coordinate with organizational units to monitor institutional improvement plans and ensure the completion of requirements within the specified timelines.
  • Manage and monitor the suggestions system and development initiatives, analyze their outcomes, and prepare periodic reports accordingly.
  • Contribute to the implementation of innovation and future foresight initiatives, and monitor their outcomes and related performance indicators.
  • Prepare studies, reports, and presentations related to institutional excellence, innovation, and future foresight.
  • Follow up on the implementation of improvement initiatives and projects in coordination with relevant stakeholders, and prepare progress and challenges reports.
  • Participate in organizing and facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, and focus groups related to organizational development.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation related to awards, institutional excellence, and future foresight.
  • Coordinate with external entities and partners regarding participation in visits and activities aimed at benchmarking best practices in institutional excellence and innovation.
  • Monitor best practices and emerging trends in institutional excellence, future foresight, and organizational innovation.
  • Perform any other duties related to the nature of the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Institutional Excellence, Innovation, or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in institutional excellence, organizational development, or innovation.
  • Strong skills in coordination, follow-up, report preparation, and presentation development.
