Role- Exchange Server, Active Directory and Enterprise Vault Admin.
Required Technical Skill Set
Should have demonstrated experience & proficiency in managing & maintaining Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and Enterprise vault Email archival Server.
Will be responsible for
- Installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Exchange server 2016/2019;
- Design and deployment Exchange server high availability using the database availability group;
- Configuring & troubleshooting Auto Discover, Offline Address Book, Out of Office, Scheduling & free/busy, Exchange ActiveSync, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Connectivity;
- Proactively research, learn, and implement requirement-driven messaging technology and best practices.
- Extensive experience with products such as AD, DNS and ADFS, Certificate Authority;
- Experience in scripting with PowerShell Exchange
- Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting Email routing issues, DAG, End User connectivity issues;
- Experience in application integration with mail services;
- A deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange architecture and features.
- Recovery of Active Directory, Exchange Server and Enterprise vault servers.
Required
- Creation and management of the forest and domains.
- Overall security and reliability of the forest.
- Creation and removal of domains.
- Management of trust relationship.
- Experience on FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos KDCs, replication topology, etc.
- Creation of all top-level OU hierarchies sub-OUs, groups, and appropriate security permissions.
- Manage & Creation of Group Policy Object (GPO) links within their OU hierarchy
- Day-to-day management of the domain controllers
- Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication, netlogon, time services, FSMO roles, schema, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings,SRV records, and trust relationships
- Review DC event and security logs and take corrective actions
- Monitor and resolve security/ Vulnerability situations at all levels of the domain to ensure a stable and secure domain
- Administration of Enterprise vault email archival solution, creation of Archive polices, retention polices, creating Admin tasks
- Enable and maintain size of mailboxes under control and generate reports for Archiving.
Expertise of Windows Server, Microsoft Message Queue Server, Internet Information Services (IIS)
