Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Manager Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As an integral part of the team, the Executive Manager Engineer will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards are upheld while managing timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising engineering activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and resolving project challenges. The role also involves managing resources efficiently, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and implementing continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in construction project management or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Egyptian construction regulations is an advantage
- Expertise in Construction Management, Project Coordination, and Technical Supervision
- Proficiency in Engineering Design, Quality Assurance, and Safety Practices
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to monitor budgets and ensure timely project delivery
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools
