Job Summary
The Executive Account Manager (EAM) – Public Sector will be responsible for owning and expanding CNTXT's strategic relationships across government entities and public sector organizations. This senior sales role requires a proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts, driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth, and selling GCP and infrastructure-related services.
The EAM will act as CNTXT's primary interface with the public sector, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value across the CNTXT portfolio: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Consumption, and Cloud Professional Services.
Principal Duties
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to deliver GCP and Infrastructure Services, ensuring customer success in the public sector.
- Leverage technical, GCP, and domain expertise to position CNTXT as a strategic partner delivering measurable business value for government customers.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers across public sector entities.
- Drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth across CNTXT's Cloud and Cloud Professional Services portfolio.
- Lead CNTXT's relationships with government entities, developing long-term account strategies aligned with public sector priorities and CNTXT's growth objectives.
Detailed Job Description
- Strategic Account Management: Own and execute the account plans for public sector accounts, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and CNTXT's objectives.
- Sales Execution: Identify, develop, and close opportunities across CNTXTs GCP and Infrastructure Services offerings. Manage complex, multi-year deals and strategic frameworks
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders in government. Influence decision-making by demonstrating CNTXT's value in cloud transformation
- Solution Leadership: Translate complex GCP and Services solutions into clear business value for public sector organizations. Position CNTXT as the partner of choice for cloud adoption and modernization
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to deliver impactful GCP and infrastructure projects. Act as a leader internally and mentor for peers
- Governance: Own pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and reporting for public sector accounts
Qualification Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts in the related domains
- Demonstrated success in selling cloud, and cloud services solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience building and leading account strategies with executive-level stakeholders.
Certification/License
- Cloud certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure).
- Sales, negotiation, or account management certifications are an advantage.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (business and technical communication).
- Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred to engage effectively with related stakeholders.
