Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant to the President. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting executive operations. The role also involves providing high-level clerical and executive support, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with attention to organization and detail
- Experience with Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills
- Strong Clerical Skills, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with international business operations or global organizations is a plus
