Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Dubai. The Executive Assistant will provide essential executive administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare detailed expense reports. The role also includes handling general administrative assistance tasks, ensuring clear and effective communication, and supporting executives with daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks.
- Experience in creating and managing Expense Reports to ensure accurate financial submissions.
- Strong Communication skills and professionalism in interactions across teams and with stakeholders.
- Executive Support capabilities for scheduling, calendar management, and high-priority task coordination.
- Ability to adapt quickly, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of office tools and applications such as MS Office, and time management skills.
- Previous experience of up to 3 years in a similar role is required.
